Main Duties & Qualifications
- Must be able to arrive to work on time, every day. (Typical start time is 5:30am.)
- Must be able to work OT with various shift end times.
- Able to move/lift 80 lbs.
- Frequent ladder climbing; constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
- Must be able to accurately and consistently read a tape meassure.
- Must have a high awareness of safety for themselves and others.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and calculate construction math problems.
- Understand and utilize hand signals for crane and rigging operations.
- Communicate well with team members and customers at the jobsite.
- Must have valid driver's license nd qualify to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- Leadership experience is a must!
- Prior experience working with concrete, masonry, and poured or precast walls is preferred.
