Main Duties & Qualifications
- Work OT as per operational needs (Saturdays only on occasion)
- Move/lift 50 lbx. on occasion
- Provide leadership, oversight, training and development to Strip & Load and Yard team members
- Demonstrate ability to perform all functions and operate all equipment within this team and act as backup for this team as necessary
- Stand, walk, bend constantly and crouch, crawl, climb (ladders), twist, and kneel frequently
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors through all seasons and weather elements in noisy work environments
- High awareness of safety for self and others
- Communicate clearly and often with all team members, departments, and management (verbally and written)
- Perform basic computer skills (MS Office products and ERP system)
- Reliability is a MUST!
