In 1958, Charles W. Weaver and Luke S. Weaver founded Charles W. Weaver, Inc., a residential masonry contracting firm based in Lancaster County, PA. In 1985, Weaver Masonry started Weaver Precast to produce the Superior Walls product in an effort to help revolutionize foundations in the residential construction market. Established on sound morals and impeccable business ethics, three generations of the Weaver family have guided the company to meet the changing demands of the construction industry until 2021 when under direction of long-term management, Weaver Superior Walls was formed to continue operations with the same morals and ethics leading the new company on its mission to be a market leader in precast foundation solutions.
From a small masonry shop in Lancaster County, Weaver Superior Walls has grown to become an innovator and leader in the industry. Beginning with 67 basements per year in 1985, the company has grown to produce and install over 4,000,000 feet of walls in homes throughout the Northeast. In addition to its residential offering, Weaver Superior Walls has successfully integrated their products in the light commercial, senior living, and multi-family markets, partnering with some of the most respected contractors in the region.

We worked with Ephrata Social Services to find families in need who had a child wishing for a new bike for Christmas.
To fulfill these wishes, employees from all departments broke into 7 mini-teams to work together to assemble children’s bikes. One team member, “the assembler,” wore a fancy blindfold while the remaining team members guided and instructed the assembly. At the close of assembly, we had 8 complete bicycles (including one pre-assembled example bike).
A random drawing was held for the opportunity to win one of two bicycles. Staff members were selected as winners. Mike donated his bike to a customer’s 3-year old son after they lost their home and wife/mother to a house fire. The remaining 6 bicycles were donated to local families in Ephrata.
Operation Christmas Child is a discipleship and ministry program organized by Samaritan’s Purse. Every year, we pack shoeboxes with gifts and drop them off at a location in Lancaster. Along with their shoebox gifts, the children also receive The Greatest Gift, a storybook that shares the Gospel message of salvation through Christ.
