We are the original manufacturer of Superior Walls precast foundations in the United States.

 

Since 1986, our mission has been to make the construction process easy and hassle-free for builders and to build and deliver precast home foundations that offer comfortable living experiences for homeowners.

Experienced Production Laborer, Earn $3,000* and Up Monthly

Ephrata, PA

We are seeking an energetic, reliable Experienced Production Laborers with a strong work ethic.  Prior concrete industry experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right candidate.  Day Shift & Night Shift hours available.  ($1 per hour additional for Night Shift hours.)

Night Shift OH Crane Assistant (Strip & Load) – Earn $3,300* and Up Per Month!

Looking for dependable, energetic team member with a strong work ethic to take part in starting the Production Day by opening forms to prepare for our Strip & Load process.  Will assist our OH Crane Operator with the removal of cured walls from forms and loading them in a safe manner as well as receiving training to become a backup Overhead Crane Operator.

Overhead Crane/Batch Plant Operator & Laborer – Earn $3,500* to $,4000 and Up Per Month!

Seeking reliable team member to operate our concrete batch plant during our night shift – including utilizing machinery and equipment to mix and pour concrete to build our precast concrete wall panels.  This team member will also help with the general build duties of our wall panels becoming cross-trained in all aspects of our production process.  Day Shift & Night Shift hours available.  ($1 additional per hour for Night Shift hours.)

Staff Accountant

Our Staff Accountant is responsible for daily accounting tasks including Payroll Processing, Billing, Accounts Receivable & Credit, Purchasing/Inventory Control, GL Maintenance and will assist in monthly & yearly close processes.
