About this Project
In 2022, we worked on Latchstring Lane, a large custom home in Gwynedd Valley, Montgomery County, PA. This 5-bedroom home features a 4-car garage, open floorplan, golf simulator in the basement, and sits on 2 acres in a quiet neighborhood in the Philadelphia suburbs.
This was the first project we worked on with Great Estates, a high-end custom builder who saw the benefits of our precast foundation as a way to provide a finished basement.
