About this Project
We worked with architect Craig Rhodes on this beautiful modern house at Pine Neck Circle Beach in Sag Harbor, NY. This single level home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an outdoor shower, and a gorgeous courtyard. The architect chose Superior Walls for its quality, green building characteristics, energy efficiency, and speed of installation compared to poured in place concrete.

About the Architect
Craig Rhodes studied architecture at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. He has worked for Charles Luckman Associates NYC, Shreve, Lamb and Harmon NYC, Ulrich Franzen Associates, I.M. Pei & Partners, then started his own firm. Craig has traveled extensively through Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa and lived for almost 6 years in Singapore. His projects include Hunter College, the Marriott Hotel in Singapore, several in the middle east and the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland Ohio. Craig’s firm has done extensive work for the NYC Housing authority including the basketball gym at Castle Hill in the Bronx. He now focuses on residential construction in Suffolk County New York.
