Main Duties & Qualifications
- Prior experience in the construction or concrete industry is highly desired
- Experience with CAD operation is preferred
- Demonstrates the ability to read, understand, and follow construction drawings with an understanding of math as it relates to construction
- Must be available to work OT, as needed
- Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing with all internal team members and external customers
- Must be able to read, write, and speak effectively in English
- Ability to operate a computer and applicable software
- Adapting well to changes in a fast-paced environment is a MUST!
- Must be proactive, detail oriented, analytical, and highly organized while meeting deadlines
- Report to work on time every day - this is an IN OFFICE position and attendance is key to success in this position
