About this Project
We worked with Trone Rental Properties for their latest townhouse project in York County, PA. The builder chose Superior Walls for the foundation because of our speed, accuracy, and our ability to work on a very difficult job site.
To accomplish this build, we used 10′ XI walls buried 2 feet in the ground for the front of the building for a walk-out. The rest of the foundation was made using standard 8’2″ XI walls.
