Modular Home Builders’ Home of the Month Winner

This contemporary ranch home in East Hampton, NY won the Modular Home Builders Association’s Home of the Month award for September 2019.

Nori Contracting and Westchester Modular were the lead contractors on the project and brought in Weaver Superior Walls, LLC to complete custom foundations for the basement and garage.

Superior Walls Used for the Project
The plans called for 10′ Xi Superior Walls for the main home foundation and 4′ Xi Superior Walls for the garage.

Xi walls were used because they feature 2.5 inches of continuous DOW Styrofoam for energy efficiency that meets or exceeds both the IECC and the IRC conservation requirements for most climates.

The 6,000 square foot home features 6 total bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The lower level has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a media room, gym, and an office.
